NOTE: CCI 3 Star horses must remain at Wooroloo for the entire event. Other CCI horses are encouraged to remain on Site under the auspices of the FEI Stewards. Riders do not
need to stay, but must have a person responsible for your horse on the grounds at all times.
ENTRIES
Please study Article 520.3 of the National Rules pertaining to FEI Competitions and qualifications to ensure that you are aware of what is required to enter this Event.
YOU MUST enter your qualifications on Ktrials when making your entry, you must also ensure that your FEI/EA Rider and Horse Registrations are up to date and are correctly entered on Ktrials. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and failure to provide the correct information could mean your entry will not be accepted.
WELCOME TO RIDER PARTY
A casual Welcome to Rider Gathering will be held at the grounds at 5.30pm on Friday evening.
Dress is casual and Riders and their guests can purchase a Hot Beef Roll and Soup for $10 per person. Please be early if you wish to eat. There will be a bar available. This is an opportunity for all Riders to meet the Officials prior to competition.
SATURDAY NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
A Family Bonfire will be held Saturday and Food Vans will be available to purchase food during the evening.
There will be a bar available.
HELPERS/VOLUNTEERS
It is a condition of entry that all riders provide a Helper/Volunteer over the age of 16 years, including CCI Riders.
Job preferences as submitted on online entry will be considered but not guaranteed.
All helper duties will be approximately 3 to 4 hours and may take place while your child/partner etc is riding. The helper for a rider competing with more than one horse will be required to complete an extended session of help.
Volunteers are such an important part of any Event and cannot possibly run efficiently without your help.
SELF HELP:
 Self help is limited and will be ONLY by prior arrangement with the Event Secretary.
 Self help is not available to riders of more than one horse unless completed prior to the event.
 Self helpers will be allocated canteen or XC Jump Judge and will either be one 3-4 hour shift or 2 shorter shifts.
 For those Riders organising paid help, please make the Secretary aware of this upon entering the event. This enables us to organise your Paid Helper to ensure that they are able to fulfil all of their commitments over the weekend.
WITHDRAWALS:
Via Ktrials until close of entries. Withdrawals prior to the Event closing on Ktrials will receive a full refund less an admin fee.
After close of entries, the secretary must be notified of withdrawals via email: pht@hotmail.com.au – It is requested that you do so as soon as possible please.
REFUNDS:
Full refund on withdrawal of entry before closing date (less 5% online admin fee).
Refund of entries after closing date, will consist of EA Levy, Ground Fee and the EADCMP fee (where applicable).
A proportion of fees MAY be refunded at the Committee’s discretion if:
 Helper duty is completed
 Circumstances are considered by the Organising Committee as fair and reasonable

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (MER)
It is Rider’s responsibility to add their MER’s to their Ktrials entry in the appropriate space provided. The date, event and class details are required. To check what MERs are required for your particular grade please click here and refer to Page 43.
XC JUMP JUDGE BRIEFING:
Will be conducted at the conclusion of the Dressage on Saturday 19th August at approx. 2.00pm in front of the Canteen area (weather permitting)
ICE:
Will be on sale at the grounds at 8.00am until 8.30am on Sunday morning of the XC in the VIP/Officials car park in front of the Show Jump arena. Cost is $5.00 per bag, please bring the right change. Otherwise available from the Wooroloo Store or Chidlow Growers Market.
REFRESHMENTS:
A variety of refreshment options will be available over the weekend and will include the Pink Moo Van, Coffee Van, numerous food Vans and the Canteen will be operating during the day on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and limited on Monday. The Canteen will provide breakfast on all days.
MEDICAL ARMBANDS
Whilst it is not required to wear an armband during Cross Country, if you do have a medical condition or have recently had a head injury, it is necessary for you to wear a medical armband. All CCI & CIC Riders will be required to fill in a medical form that will be handed to the Paramedics for their information. This is your responsibility and is important.
HELMETS
An approved helmet needs to be worn at all stages. Please ensure that your Helmet complies with the new regulations
GO PRO HELMET CAMERAS
A Technical Delegate will be available at 4.30pm Saturday afternoon to give approval for Cameras to be worn.
INTERSCHOOLS

Please check the box on the Horse Page in Ktrials to nominate for the Interschools Leaderboard.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Accommodation is available at El Caballo Blanco approx. 7 kms from the grounds.
Camping is allowed at Wooroloo. Definitely no Dogs, these will be removed immediately. Shower facilities are available. No power is provided. There are no yards at Wooroloo. Competitors must take their own yards, the size of which will be limited to accommodate all competitors. All yards must comply with the Eventing Rules (no tape yards allowed). There will be signposting directing riders to camping areas, depending on whether you are competing in the ODE or FEI event.
Competitors are to ensure that their area is left free of litter. Manure can be spread around the area rather than heaped please.
